Omega Steel’s yard processing in our Madison, Illinois yard offers our customers a number of services that include:

SAW CUTTING: 2 saws up to 26” diameter capacity. Cut to length orders up to 4” wall
Thickness with a cutting tolerance of + ¼”, - 0”.

Production Saw cutting on our three 16” saws

MECHANICAL TORCH CUTTING: Up to 60” diameter.

TORCH BEVELING: Up to 60” diameter

SANDBLASTING: Up to 60” diameter
Box oven to remove Fusion Bond and other applied coatings up to 34” OD

PAINTING and COATINGS: Primers and various applied pipe coatings including Fusion Bond Epoxy, Extruded Polyethylene, Polyken Tapes, Carboline Zinc, Coal Tar
Epoxy are just a few examples.

TESTING: Independent test lab analysis with certificates per customer specification.

MIDWELD LINE: Welding up to 100” OD and 2” walls.

DELIVERY: Our Madison, Illinois pipe yard is situated on 16 ½ acres with 160,000 square foot warehouse. With a rail siding and a convenient centralized location accessible via rail, truck, or barge, we can deliver nationwide, statewide, or locally.
